Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Austral Audio website at store.zecca.cc (the “Service”), creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Any plugin software downloaded through the Service is governed by our separate End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Definitions

• Service — the VST Store website, platform, and associated services operated by Venezia LLC.
• Software / Plugins — the audio plugin binaries (VST3, AU) made available for download through the Service.
• Subscription — a recurring payment plan granting access to Software during the active subscription period.
• Merchant of Record (Paddle) — Paddle.com Market Ltd, the entity that legally processes all payments, handles sales tax/VAT, and issues invoices on behalf of Austral Audio.
• Account — your registered user account on the Service.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Maintain only one account per person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Austral Audio offers subscription plans at various tiers (Single Plugin, Bundle, and All Access) with monthly and annual billing options. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page.

Paddle is Merchant of Record. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the legal seller of record for all purchases. They handle payment processing, sales tax/VAT calculation and collection, and invoice generation. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's subscription management portal.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial that allows you to evaluate plugins for up to 30 minutes per machine. The trial is limited to one per device (identified by machine fingerprint). No payment information is required to start a free trial.

After the trial period expires, audio output will be restricted until you subscribe.

6. Machine Activations

Each subscription allows activation on up to 3 machines simultaneously. Machines are identified by a hardware fingerprint (a one-way hash of hardware identifiers).

If your subscription lapses, there is a 30-day grace period during which your existing activations remain functional. You may deactivate machines at any time through your dashboard. For full details, see our EULA.

7. Digital Products & Downloads

All products offered through the Service are digital-only. Plugin downloads are delivered via secure, time-limited download links. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of downloaded software.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or sublicense any Software obtained through the Service.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any digital rights management, licensing, or access control mechanisms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Software, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and Software available through the Service are owned by Venezia LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited license to use the Software as described in the EULA. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

10. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's subscription management portal. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period, followed by a 30-day grace period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Software is revoked.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be compatible with all hardware configurations, operating systems, or digital audio workstations.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VENEZIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR SOFTWARE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Paddle (payments) and others. We are not liable for any outages, errors, or issues caused by third-party services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, providing notice through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
